Lousy management Never available on front office has to look for clerks or helpers Terrible food Expensive for room I stay thee days has to tell to clean the room automatically they don’t clean Loooooooooooooooosy

This hotel on the highway has an amazing restaurant. The food was just out of the world...every single dish. The service was outstanding. The ambiance was reasonably good. Parking is a bit of an issue. Good value for money

Quite big rooms and pleasant atmosphere with a beautiful garden. Food was also delicious. They provided pick up and drop facility.over all a great experience for me. I would like to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Newly constructed property on the outskirts of Jamnagar. They helped us with pick up from the station too. Rooms were spacious, hotel was well done, linen was clean and price was very reasonable. Food was well done and tasty. The staff was excellent and hospitable. We were stuck in a situation where we had to delay our check out and they facilitated the same. They have a lawn and a kids garden / play area too. Cant bargain for more at the price that they gave us at that time.

The worst place I have been to. The place is a building site , expect to have to walk through broken rubble and piles of dirt strewn across the floor to a sub basic room. Hot water availability is non existent and customer service is a unknown concept. Functions and sports events continue to 3am with loud noise coming into all rooms as standard with no understanding that this is non acceptable There are other places considerably cheaper and offer better quality accommodation. Have stayed 2 nights and changes rooms 5 times - total hello hole of a place. I unfortunately was not able to offer no stars as a minimum of 1 needs to be places to write a review.
